How does DBB Add Value for Our Customers?
DBB provides a consistent honeycomb/fiberglass panel to our customers in order for our customers to maximize tool optimization and limit scrap.
Ability to manufacture a smaller cell which provides increased structural strength while then being able to decrease the amount of fiber glass and polyurethane in each part.
Ability to cut any panel to any size/dimension. Ability to provide carpet with laminated backing in order to mold the panel and attach the carpet all in one operation.
DBB manufactures our own honeycomb core and carries a large fiberglass inventory, this allows DBB to provide almost any construction of honeycomb/fiber glass panel imaginable
